Complete Installation Process

Follow these carefully designed steps to get PipedriveSheets working perfectly.

1. Open in Google Workspace Marketplace

Get started by opening PipedriveSheets in the Google Workspace Marketplace. The button below will take you directly to the official add-on listing page.

Important: Make sure you're signed into the correct Google account and have permissions to install add-ons in your workspace.

2. Click the Install Button

On the marketplace page, you'll see PipedriveSheets with screenshots, feature descriptions, and user reviews. Take a moment to verify the official branding and verified publisher badge, then click the blue "Install" button in the top-right corner.

Next Step: After clicking Install, Google will prompt you to review and accept the required permissions.

3. Grant Required Permissions

After clicking Install, Google will display a permissions dialog. Select your Google account, then carefully review the requested permissions. PipedriveSheets only requests the minimal access needed to securely sync your Pipedrive data. Click "Allow" to grant permissions and complete the installation.

Security Guarantee: We only access your current spreadsheet and never store data outside of Google's secure environment. All permissions follow OAuth 2.0 standards.

4. Find PipedriveSheets in Extensions

Installation complete! Open any Google Sheets document and navigate to Extensions > PipedriveSheets in the menu bar. You'll see the add-on is now available and ready to use.

Pro Tip: If you don't see PipedriveSheets immediately, try refreshing your browser page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R).

5. Launch PipedriveSheets

Click on Extensions > PipedriveSheets to open the add-on for the first time. You'll see a "Get Started with Pipedrive" menu item. Click it to initialize PipedriveSheets, then go back to Extensions > PipedriveSheets again to see the full menu with all sync options, settings, and configuration features.

Troubleshooting Guide

I don't see the PipedriveSheets menu after installation

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh your Google Sheets page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Check that you're in a Google Sheets document (not Google Drive)
  3. Look under Extensions > PipedriveSheets in the menu
  4. If still not visible, try clicking Extensions > Add-ons > Manage add-ons and ensure PipedriveSheets is enabled.

The installation failed or permissions were denied

This can happen for several reasons:
